Very nice hotel for the price, and they recently renovated so we noticed the difference from when we visited in early 2024. I especially like the breakfast, great selection and very tasty. My only complaint would be the lack of cotton buds in the amenities, but that’s not a big deal.

This really was a lovely spoil felt like in a tropical oasis Pool was clean and warm , we had a junior suite and couldn’t fault the room except for ants but housekeeping were quick to attend and spray and clean up , huge bed and comfy pillows and all the toiletries you need , mini bar and great shower and huge bath in the centre of the room We ate in the restaurant all three nights , restaurant manager very attentive and sorted us with vegie options every night although none on the menu , food was very good sat out overlooking the pool lights in the evening The bar area was understaffed and took a while to get drinks but the staff really try their best , the lady that served drinks and food in the bar deserves a well done she was so busy and always had a smile We had a massage which I recommend very relaxing and professional We had the zen room for hot tub but that seriously needs some work as tiles were broken in the hot tub and could easily cut yourself on them You can collect towels from reception for the pool and we stayed in the pool most evenings until it closed at 8pm Overall I would recommend for a spoil stay over we didn’t rate Elche but relaxing at the hotel was perfect , we will certainly return Big thank you to restaurant manager , the bar man in the day and the lady serving in the bar area and the female receptionist that checked us in was great too , big thank you to the chefs also Thank you

El personal muy atento y amable… tanto el de recepción como los camareros, pero tienen un serio problema de personal. No puede ser que a 40° te tengan 1 hora para tomarte nota y una vez tomada otros 30’ para traerte al menos la bebida, a una mesa de dos personas. Luego otra media hora para servir la comida, una auténtica vergüenza para un hotel de ese caché. Según los mismos trabajadores no daban abasto por falta de personal experimentado o por más efectivos. Una pena ese servicio tan lamentable, no volveremos.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf Restaurant. Die Anlage und Terrasse ist sehr schön, letztere allerdings mit Renovierunsstau und Lieblosigkeiten (Schirme schief etc). Die Gerichte waren ausgezeichnet (Fisch & Fleisch), der Service jedoch unaufmerksam und knapp unfreundlich. Außerdem sollte man in diesen Zeiten, wenn man schon schnieft, die Maske nicht unter dem Kinn tragen. Das ist dem Gast ggü. unverschämt. Schade, tolles Ambiente, gute Küche, aber Wiederholung ausgeschlossen.

Vous payez pour une suite et vous vous retrouvez au fond du site dans une chambre délabrée totalement indigne d’un hôtel soi disant 4 étoiles .. tout est vieux équipements et autres .. murs sales - frigo et Clim de la pièce qui ne fonctionnent pas un désastre et surtout une déception .. plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds dans cet hôtel .. Etablissement à fuir
